Terms of Service

Welcome to Zyncart. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

1. Definitions

"Platform" refers to Zyncart and all its services. "Buyer" is any registered user who purchases digital products. "Seller" is any approved user who lists digital products for sale. "Product" means any digital file or content listed on the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or transact on Zyncart. By registering, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• One person may not maintain more than one account without written permission.
• Accounts found to be used for fraud or abuse will be terminated without notice.

4. Buying Products

When you purchase a product, you are purchasing a license to use that product under the license type specified at the time of purchase (Personal, Commercial, MRR, or PLR). All sales are final unless a dispute is raised and upheld by Zyncart. Buyers receive a license certificate at the time of purchase as proof of their rights.

5. Selling Products

• Sellers must apply and be approved before listing products.
• All products listed must be digital goods that the seller owns or has the right to sell.
• Sellers must accurately describe the product and the license type granted to buyers.
• Products containing illegal, harmful, adult, or infringing content are strictly prohibited.
• Zyncart reserves the right to remove any product at its discretion.
• The platform commission is deducted automatically from each sale. Current rates are shown in the Pricing page.

6. Intellectual Property

By uploading a product, sellers grant Zyncart a non-exclusive license to display, host, and deliver the product to buyers. Sellers retain all underlying IP unless explicitly transferred in the product listing. Buyers receive only the rights described in their license certificate — no other rights are implied.

7. Prohibited Content

You may not upload, sell, or distribute products that:

• Infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights
• Contain malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Include adult, pornographic, or explicit content
• Promote hate speech, discrimination, or violence
• Are illegal in any jurisdiction
• Were obtained fraudulently or without authorization

8. Payments & Payouts

Payments are processed via our supported payment gateways. Seller earnings are held for a platform-defined period before becoming available for withdrawal. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply. Zyncart is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

9. Disputes

Buyers may raise a dispute within 7 days of purchase if a product does not match its description or is corrupted. Zyncart will review disputes and may issue a refund at its discretion. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting Zyncart support may result in account suspension.

10. Limitation of Liability

Zyncart is a marketplace facilitator. We are not responsible for the quality, legality, or accuracy of products listed by sellers. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zyncart's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the disputed product.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, pending payouts may be withheld pending review. Buyers retain access to previously purchased products subject to our data retention policies.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance. Significant changes will be communicated via email.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Zyncart operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or the applicable courts of that jurisdiction.
