License Agreement

Every product on Zyncart comes with one of four license types. Know your rights.

When you purchase a product on Zyncart, you receive a license — a grant of specific rights to use that product. The license type is set by the seller and shown on every product page. Your license certificate (downloadable after purchase) is your legal proof of what you can and cannot do with the product.

For personal, non-commercial projects only. Not for business or client work.
You CAN
Use the product for personal hobby projects
Use in a personal portfolio or blog
You CANNOT
Use in paid client work or commercial projects
Sell or distribute the product
Rebrand or claim authorship
Transfer this license to another person
Commercial Use
Commercial Use License
Use the product to generate revenue in your business — but you cannot resell the product itself.
You CAN
Use in paid client work and commercial projects
Use in advertising, marketing, and social media
Use to promote your products or services
You CANNOT
Sell the product itself as a standalone item
Give away or distribute the product to others
Rebrand or claim authorship of the original product
Master Resale Rights (MRR)
Master Resale Rights License
Resell the product and keep 100% of the revenue. Your buyers can resell too — but they cannot modify or rebrand it.
You CAN
Sell the product and keep 100% of the proceeds
Pass resale rights to your buyers (they may also resell)
Use in commercial projects
You CANNOT
Rebrand or claim authorship of the product
Modify or alter the core content
Allow your buyers to pass on resale rights (two levels only)
Sell below the minimum price set by the original creator (if specified)
Private Label Rights (PLR)
Private Label Rights License
The most powerful license. Full rights to rebrand, edit, and resell the product as your own.
You CAN
Sell the product and keep 100% of the revenue
Rebrand — change the name, cover, and author to your own
Edit, modify, or translate the content
Bundle with other products and sell as a package
Break into parts and sell separately
Use as a lead magnet, bonus, or giveaway
Claim authorship after rebranding
You CANNOT
Resell the original PLR license itself
Upload the unmodified product to other PLR marketplaces
