Ascent — Multi-step Onboarding Wizard

Ascent is a polished, reusable multi-step onboarding wizard built for developers who don't want to build step logic, validation, and transitions from scratch every time they need a signup or setup flow. Includes 5 demo steps — basic info, company details, goal selection, password setup, and a success screen — each with its own built-in validation, so users can't advance with empty or invalid fields. A progress bar and numbered step indicator keep users oriented throughout, with smooth fade-slide transitions between steps. Includes: text/email/password validation, matching password confirmation, pill-style option selectors, a clickable goal-card grid, and full back/continue navigation. Easily extend to more or fewer steps by duplicating one block. Built with HTML5, CSS3, and vanilla JavaScript — no frameworks or build tools required. This is a front-end UI component: connect the final step to your own backend or API to save data.
